Slow Friday
This is a class to help you recharge, relax and restore. A special 2h class of yin yoga, combined with breathing exercises and the calming power of touch through gentle massage and acupressure. A perfect way to spend a Friday evening we think.

Yin yoga is a form of yoga where we move slow and spend longer times in poses gently releasing tension in both body and mind. While in gentle poses you will receive healing and nourishing touch from two experienced manual therapists.

If receiving a head massage while relaxing in savasana sounds like heaven to you then this is your class.
Smooth Saturday
This class is meant to help you refresh and reset. Two hour long class with Yin & Yang concept where we first move soft and slow with our breath while enjoying physical assistance of two teachers. Towards the end of the class we start sinking in to deeper relaxation with longer calm down poses through touch, gentle massage and acupressure.​
During this practice you get to receive gentle assistance that will help you sink deeper to the practice.
This class is meant for all of you who wish to be touched and assisted during a yoga class. Because that will for sure happen.
