You can buy your class beforehand from webshop or when you arrive with card, MobilePay or cash. Please book your class beforehand. I also accept Edenered, Epassi and Smartum sport benefits. If you are a student, unenployed or otherwise with low income ask for a supported student spot with lower fee.
Full season option can be paid in monthly instalments 70€/month with no additional cost. This means I send you an invoice every month and for the entire spring season you get to attend to one class per week. Contact me for this option. If you miss classes you can cover them in other classes at Jooga Soma.
Gentle Morning Yoga
fridays 9.45 - 11.00
This class is meant to improve your wellbeing in all possible ways. The class bases on yoga, but combines movement and exercises that I know to do good for us from manual therapist perspective. We will have yoga elements but also components inspired by other practices that aim to: increase your mobility, strengthen you and release tension in your body. You might relax and feel better in general in the process.

The class has no age limit, but it is originally designed and targeted for those who might have a bit more years behind and a body that requires more attention to feel good. In this class we take into consideration that there might be some physical limitations in our bodies and offers adjustments as much as is needed. This class is gentle for the joints and does not include acrobatics or super flexible yoga stuff. As the class is scheduled for morning it might be suitable for those who are already enjoying their retirement years, but if it fits your schedule and you are looking for a gentle body maintenance class feel free to join!
After Work Fysio Yoga
once a month 18.00-19.30
Once a month we gather for a after work yoga session with a specific theme for each time. The session begins with tea service and a short 15min introduction to the topic from anatomical point of view to help you better understand what you can do in your everyday life to help your body function the best possible way. After the introduction we flow through a vinyasa flow practice that circles around the theme of each session. The sessions are open level which means practice is adjusted to everyones individual needs. So you do not need to have prior experience in yoga, I got you. The class is guided in English, Finnish or "Finglish" according to participants so don't be afraid to join even if you do not speak Finnish.
